David Ross WoodBorn in Elizabeth, South Australia, David Ross Wood began his working life as an offset printer which was his occupation for 23 years. An avid reader, the love of paper and ink has stayed with him ever since.

Wood retired from printing in 1998 and worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist for the following decade before beginning his career as an independent author.

A lover of a good story, most sports and the Adelaide Football Club, Wood lives with his wife and three adult sons in a sometimes hectic and not always harmonious household.
