Terry John Barto is an award winning author of children’s books. Before writing for kids, Terry directed and choreographed more then 200 regional theater productions, industrials, television, and cruise ship shows throughout the United States and abroad. When he was creative director for Wings of Dreams Productions, he headed a team that wrote family stories and screenplays for animation features. Also, Terry inspired artists to develop dolls and action figures for major retailers. He lives in Los Angeles, California with his dachshunds, Hunter and Mazie.
